A couple of weeks ago, during Restaurant week,
Amber, Trish and some friends all went to dinner
at this place called Wakiya.
This is a picture of my appetizer representing
the 9 flavors of Wakiya.
The front rows were vegetarian, the middle
row meat, and the back row seafood.

in a tart with vegetables. It also came with a bowl
of fried rice egg omelette. It was really delicious,
and never got a picture to share.
The best part was dessert. It was a mango pudding
with Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream. It was really
yummy and the best part was how it was served.
It came in the little bowl over a pot filled with
lychee scented dry ice. Pretty cool presentation.
