ROUND TWO...I went to Colorado for a culinary grant fundraising event. If you will remember KimCast, I went to it last year and it was very interesting to say the least. This time is was way too much fun. I felt more comfident with what I was doing and I had a little more experience under my belt. Anywho, 9 (or so) chefs prepared an 8 course dinner which included things like Cantaloupe and Beef Carpaccio, Black Mushroom Encrusted Scallops, Roasted Rabbit, Chipotle Squab Tamales (I LOVED these!), Pear "squishee", Bison Sirloin, and a Raspberry Napoleon (BTW, this was not my creation, but I did help out making it). So here are the pics to back it up.
