My weekend started on Friday (today) as my work is kind
enough to give us an extra day off. So how did I kick-start my
weekend you ask? By sleeping in?? Of course not, I got up
at the crack of dawn to go with Brittany and her friends
to see the Today Show.

So what was so great about getting up early to
see Matt, Al, and the team? Because Alanis Morissette
was there to perform for the Summer Concert Series.
Here is Alanis warming up before the show started.
She had this really awesome clear body electric guitar,
which you can kind of see in these pictures.
Now here's Alanis all dolled up for the actually taping.
I was blown away at how awesome she was live.
I was also blown away by the fact that I was so close and could
actually see her face and such. :)

you might have caught a glimpse of me on TV.
What a way to start of the break and summer!!

How cool to see Alanis! That is so much fun. I saw that a couple weeks ago they had the NKOTB there. (New kids...) Anyways, fun!
That's also cool that you gotta see the commercial on TV for Capital One. The other day we were at Sonic, and drove through all these cameras and lights, and found out they were getting ready to do a commercial there.
