From Old to New

So this post is basically going to be a continuum of the previous post. I've finally taken some pictures of the new apartment and have uploaded them to my computer. So for those readers that live in the city, I apologize for the lack of interesting posts lately, but for everyone else (and you know who you are), enjoy pictures of my new place of residence.

Welcome to 2 Gold!
The beautiful living room.
The kitchen (obviously).
More pictures of the living room.
This is the amazing view from the living room.
I believe I mentioned in the previous post that
the apartment is on the 32nd floor.
Can I tell you how much I love this view?!

Side note: Since moving here 2 weeks ago, there have
been quite a few lighting storms and it is so amazing to watch
the sky light up from the comfort of the couch.

The view below. The building in front
(with the terra cotta roof) is the Federal Reserve.
If you look through the canyon of buildings and past
the World Trade Center buildings (short building with
the green), you can see the Hudson River. On Sunday I
saw a cruise boat sailing by. Kind of crazy!

Oh, and here's the bedroom...
...and the view!
As far as my bedroom goes, it is still a work
in progress until the end of the summer and things finally
settle down (all permanent roommates are moved in).

So, this is my new digs for at least the next year.
There will be plenty of new memories to be made here, so
be on the lookout for new posts...
