I can't say it is the best cake I've ever made (decorating wise),
but it was the best I could do with the icing I could get. Besides,
Brigham said cats or ewoks, so I think I met the requirements quite
well (again considering). It also tasted really good (strawberry cake
with cheesecake pudding mixed in, vanilla frosting, and fresh
strawberries). Delish!

I really should find a cake decorating class to take
here in the city. I sure do miss it (even if it was
just one class I took previously).

I miss cake decorating too. I just did a cake for Maeley's birthday party (castle cake again at her request). I'd really like to get into more "grown-up" cakes verses kids b-day party cakes.
