Simply Unpack Your Adjectives

Some of you know already, but I figured I should go ahead and announce the good news on the ole blog...I'm an Account Executive. That's right, I got a promotion at work. Hurray! I no longer have an adjective at the beginning of my job title--assistant or junior--hence the blog title (which is also a shout out to School House Rocks).

For those out their who also watch and enjoy Mad Men, that means I have the same job title as Ken Cosgrove. Below is a favorite quote of mine about account management, though it will probably only be funny (or make total sense) to my fellow advertisers:

Scene: Jane (the secretary) and Ken in the elevator.
Jane : "Don't you work in accounting or something?"
Ken: "Accounts."
